چکیده
Objectives: The aim of this study was to investigate the effect salat activity on knee pain, muscle strength and range motion after posterior stabilized total arthroplasty.
Material Methods: This prospective randomized conducted in KTO Karatay University Medova Hospital, Konya, Turkey, between March 2019 June 2019. Thirty volunteers ages 55 75 who had undergone arthroplasty participated study. Participants were randomly divided into two groups as physical therapy group + group. participants provided hot-cold application, transcutenous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS), active-assisted motion, stretching strengthening exercises during four weeks. Physical therapy+salat performed addition treatment. joint patency measured using a digital goniometer, manual tester, pain with visual analogue scale (VAS).
Results: There no difference flexion extension before treatment (p ˃ 0.05). VAS values Knee angle increased significantly therapy+prayer compared post-treatment (p˂0.003). significant (p˃0.05).
Conclusion: In study, it found that Salat improved motion.

Study of knee range of motion after soft tissue repair in both flexion and extension during total knee arthroplasty: a randomized clinical trial
Background: The patient's position during the recovery time after arthroplasty surgery can be a factor in reducing complications and improving patients’ condition. Therefore, this study was performed to compare the knee range of motion after soft tissue repair in both flexion and extension positions of total knee arthroplasty. Methods: This study is a double-blind clinical trial. The study pop...
متن کاملEffect of continuous passive motion on knee flexion range of motion after total knee arthroplasty.
OBJECTIVE To compare mean knee flexion in patients on continuous passive motion and those without it after total knee arthroplasty. METHODS The randomised controlled study was conducted at Aga Khan University Hospital, from July 2013 to June 2014, and comprised patients who underwent total knee arthroplasty. Patients were randomly assigned to either group, with Group A receiving standardised ...
متن کاملPatella Eversion Reduces Early Knee Range of Motion and Muscle Torque Recovery after Total Knee Arthroplasty: Comparison between Minimally Invasive Total Knee Arthroplasty and Conventional Total Knee Arthroplasty
We hypothesized that patella eversion during total knee arthroplasty (TKA) reduces early return of active knee extension and flexion, quadriceps muscle strength, and postoperative pain. In 100 conventional TKA knees and 100 minimally invasive TKA (MIS TKA) knees, we compared knee range of motion (ROM), postoperative pain, and quadriceps muscle strength at 1 day, 4 days, 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks...
متن کاملThe Effect of Knee Joint Muscles Deep Dry Needling on Pain and Function in Patients After Total Knee Arthroplasty
Objective Osteoarthritis is one of the most common knee joint diseases. It is a multifactorial, inflammatory, and destructive disorder of the joint that involves the synovial tissues and joint cartilage and causes permanent pain, functional limitations, and a decrease in patients’ quality of life. In advanced cases of the disease, total knee arthroplasty is performed to reduce pain and improve ...
